Great place as always handicap accessible parking. Restroom small. Peggy's has been here forever Ice cream floats shake sandwiches or fries. Great staff

Update (5 stars): Since my original post more than a year ago, this has gone from an excellent find to a bi-monthly delight. The milkshakes are to die for, the food is always good, and I can't leave without first buying a few chocolates to go. So far our favorites are the mac and cheese (we order it every time now), the large filet fish or small square fish sandwiches. Both are good. The sausage sandwich (be warned though that it has no red sauce..... Which is how I prefer it anyways). The grilled cheese sandwiches are perfect. We didn't like the butter fries but I know other people love them..... We just don't like butter on our fries. And the chili was a no go for us and we love chili at most places. Also.... Beware if you order anything with extra or without items because they never seem to come out right. We avoid this though by just ordering all our favorites that don't need altered. Original Post (5 stars) Went there for the first time and the waitress was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations. food was good and well priced. They offer a little bit of everything to eat and we enjoyed looking at the pictures of all the past alliance carnation queens on the walls. Neat link to the alliance community. Will definitely be back often.

The service is great. Very polite. The food is delicious. Received cold fries and sent it back. Came back with fresh fries without any fussing and the fries were piping hot

The food was excellent here! Everything was cooked perfect and tasted great. The butter fries brought back memories of when I was a kid and ate there. All the staff was very friendly and smiling. The best part though was the dessert because we got a couple pounds of their chocolate and it was amazing. I especially enjoyed the caramel chocolates, raspberry cream, as the marshmallow. The price is low for the quality of food you get. Give them a try!

So very happy with this place! I'm new to town and was looking g fir a good candy store and this place is great! Small selection but what they have is delicious. They also have amazing ice cream. The gentleman there makes it himself! I git the caramel apple and my friend got the chocolate peanut butter! Absolutely amazing all the way around!

Great place to have some good breakfast. I always get the sausage biscuit and gravy with an extra side. Service is always great too. I recommend to anyone wanting some good food !

Nice local diner. Prices are great. Great for breakfast and lunch. They have a candy store so you can grab some candy for the car.

I have eaten here before, food is really good. However, I bought a box of their chocolates and wasn't happy with them. Some of them tasted stale. Don't know about getting candy there again.
